As a Project Manager, you will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project phases are executed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline
Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop appropriate engineering and construction solutions
Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines to clients for approval
Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met
Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and profitability, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues
Foster effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and clients
Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and industry regulations
Prepare and submit accurate and timely project reports to clients, senior management, and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones achieved, and risks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the Process & Industrial sector
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under time constraints
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, costs, and profitability
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
