Job Summary: The candidate will work with Project Managers and Design Professionals to provide project startup activities, preparing meeting minutes, preparation of deliverable items, and project file maintenance to deliver efficient, high quality projects in a timely fashion. The candidate will also assist in Construction Administration duties, including processing and handling of Requests for Information (RFIs), design submittals, and other construction artifacts. The candidate must have good communication and time management skills to be able to interface with external entities like contractors and Owners.
