Project Coordinator - (New Product Introduction) Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator - (New Product Introduction) for an onsite position located in Lafayette, IN. We offer full benefits, PTO, 401(k), and more! Position Overview This role will play an active role in Core Component sourcing efforts supporting Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) growth around the globe, working with a global team that is creating the foundation for the division's future success. The Project Coordinator will support the New Source Introduction (NSI) Portfolio Manager in managing data and information associated with more than 100 active NSI projects, assisting with archiving critical project data and supporting on-time project completions. This role provides exposure to leaders across the Core Component organization and an opportunity to develop program management skills. This is a fully onsite position based in Lafayette, IN. Key Responsibilities Support the NSI Portfolio Manager with day-to-day management of the NSI project portfolio. Track NSI project status across the active project portfolio. Support archiving of NSI Design Review/Program Review (DR/PR) and Gateway (GW) Review materials. Prepare materials in support of NSI Portfolio Reviews. Perform data mining and extraction using Excel and Power BI to support portfolio reporting and analysis. Team Structure & Collaboration This position sits within the Core Components organization of the Large Power Systems Division and reports to the Core Components NPI Manager, who currently has 8 direct reports. The role will work daily with the NSI Portfolio Manager, who serves as work director and reports to the NPI Manager, along with regular interaction with NSI Leads, Strategy Leads, Engineers, and Project Management Office staff. Work Environment This is a full-time, in-office role with flexibility to support work-life balance and a global work schedule. Requirements Candidate Requirements Education & Experience 0-2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree required in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical, Industrial), Technical Communications, or a relevant technical field. Technical Skills Proficiency with the MS Office suite of tools (required). Ability to use Power BI to generate reports (required). Engineering or technical experience preferred (desired). Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (desired). Soft Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively within defined processes. Highly organized with the ability to work independently. Ability to communicate detailed information concisely, including executive summaries. Ability to communicate upward to key leaders and managers (desired).
