Full Job Description

We are hiring for a Project Manager in our Buffalo, NY office. Duties: Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of drilling projects. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations. Lead and mentor project team members to promote efficiency and professional growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years project management experience in environmental or geotechnical drilling industry. Strong understanding of drilling operations and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. OSHA and HAZWOPER certifications are beneficial. Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
