Techno is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of a complex infrastructure reconstruction project involving structural rehabilitation, marine construction, and public-space improvements. This role will oversee project execution from construction through closeout, ensuring alignment between client expectations, contractor performance, schedule, and budget.
The Project Manager will play a key leadership role coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting the successful delivery of high-visibility infrastructure improvements along New York City’s waterfront.
Manage project execution, schedule, budget, and deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact between client, contractor, and project team
Coordinate construction management staff including Resident Engineers and inspectors
Monitor project risks, schedule milestones, and cost controls
Review contract documents, change orders, and progress payments
Lead project meetings and stakeholder coordination
Support procurement, reporting, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and agency standards
Minimum 8 years of project management experience on infrastructure or marine construction projects of similar scope and value
Experience managing structural rehabilitation or waterfront construction projects
Strong understanding of construction management processes and contract administration
Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary project teams
CCM or PE certification preferred but not required
Previous experience working on projects with NYCEDC or similar public-sector agencies highly advantageous

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $85 - $105 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
