Techno is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in construction project management, stakeholder coordination, and multi-project oversight. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, schedules, and project objectives.
Oversee and track multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall program goals
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and delays
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, and conflicts
Support planning, design coordination, and technical reviews across active projects
Develop and communicate project strategies, recommendations, and execution plans
Prepare and review cost estimates, conceptual plans, and supporting documentation
Lead development of presentations, reports, and visual materials for project updates and decision-making
Track interdependencies between projects and ensure efficient resource coordination
Identify and escalate key issues, risks, and decision points to leadership
Support continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and communication
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in construction project management or program management (5+ years with advanced degree)
Minimum 5 years managing projects with responsibility for schedule, budget, and delivery milestones
Strong experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure or complex construction projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes
Excellent communication skills, including presentations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Primavera preferred)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Experience supporting major transportation or infrastructure programs in the New York City region
Experience working on large, multi-stakeholder developments involving public and private entities
Familiarity with complex program environments involving multiple concurrent construction projects

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $130,000 - $180,000 per year. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
