Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Technical Engineering Project / Product Improvement Coordinator to join our team in Lafayette, IN! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high‑level oversight and management of all G3500 CPI and LEPI projects working across G3500 platform to identify resource needs and provide project support Facilitate alignment across L3 and L4 teams to meet committed timelines and accelerate issue resolution Serve as a long‑term coordinator of the CPI process ensuring projects are launched correctly with clear ownership and defined project plans within 30 days of root cause identification Maintain and update the CPI project list and supporting tools while monitoring project status relative to DMAIC phase, milestones, and target closure dates Identify at‑risk or overdue projects and drive re‑planning and elimination of default or placeholder project dates to ensure all projects have credible plans MyCPI system management ensuring correct charge numbers, sponsors, serial numbers, project plans, banner dates, dealer visibility and model data are accurate, current and updated monthly Develop and maintain a standard MyCPI checklist for each project phase Lead preparation for and participate in key CPI meetings including weekly CPI status updates, IRL meetings, customer service and supply chain focused meetings, closure documentation and reviews Ensure project leads are prepared to present or provide coverage when needed Drive effective discussion on all active G3500 CPI, LEPI, and NPI projects Coordinate Goal 1 (quarterly) and Goal 2 (semi‑annual) project planning Review A & B risk projects for readiness and schedule credibility Identify projects approaching or exceeding 600 days and manage exception planning Prepare concise materials for leadership reviews, including one‑page summaries Provide data, summaries, and recommendations to support platform leadership commitment and escalation decisions Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelors degree AND 2+ years of experience REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic understanding of gas and/or diesel engine operation Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency DESIRED SKILLS: Strong data analysis skills Strong communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well independently / collaborative member of a cross functional team Large gas and/or diesel troubleshooting skills Familiarity with CSA, EU and API standards Proficiency working with computers and computer systems.
