Three parts, all quoted for your firm. A subscription per seat, billed annually, everyone planned and planning, with a rate that steps down as headcount increases. An annual platform fee that funds onboarding, training, your Customer Success Manager, support, and hosting. And the ERP integration, billed annually, which Mosaic owns and maintains.
