Patrick Holm, PE
Personal Bio
Patrick is a father of three who actively bikes around town with his family. He also specializes in developing transportation projects from concept through construction. His career has focused on helping agencies create safer, more multimodal roadways that strengthen communities and expand transportation options for all users. Patrick’s combination of transportation project experience and real-world family biking gives him valuable insight into how projects serve the public, especially people who are less confident traveling by bike or on foot. Patrick’s interest in municipal infrastructure began as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Panama, where he worked with Indigenous communities on engineering projects and saw firsthand how infrastructure connects people to jobs, schools, and essential services.
