With more than 25 years of experience, he helps multidisciplinary teams deliver complex projects across the science and technology, industrial, institutional, and public sectors. Scott focuses on aligning project strategy, team performance, budgets, schedules, and client objectives to drive successful outcomes. In addition to leading major projects, Scott plays a key role in advancing project management practices across the firm. He mentors project managers, develops standards and best practices, and helps connect people, processes, and technology to improve collaboration and project delivery. Scott is passionate about the future of work in the A/E/C industry and the role that workforce planning, resource management, and leadership development play in building high-performing teams.
