Mosaic July Executive Roundtable Graphic

We’re developing a path to mastering resource management, leaving clunky and slow spreadsheets and ERPs in the Past.

Attend our executive roundtable to learn how to use live work-plans to accelerate profit by helping teams connect actual available hours with on-the-fly reprioritization. Jonny Whitaker, Managing Director at CetraRuddy, and John Meyer, CEO of Mosaic, will be leading our discussion on how to:

  • Maximize margin by turning every team hour and every dollar spent into profit.
  • Focus on revenue & margin lift and cost efficiency to optimize performance.
  • Maintain alignment between planned activities and actual capacity, minimizing budget drift.
  • See who’s actually available in real time and improving utilization - every hour on the bench is a cost.

John Meyer

CEO, Mosaic

John Meyer is the founder of Mosaic, AI-powered project planning and resource management software. Mosaic is the fastest and easiest way to manage who's working on what, understand backlog and manage headcount. Mosaic was originally built to automate the work he was doing while managing the firm he founded, EDG. At EDG he oversaw architecture & engineering for hundreds of new buildings, renovations, and restoration projects. EDG has made the Inc. 5000 now seven times, during the time using Mosaic. The impact of Mosaic on EDG inspired him to bring Mosaic to the industry.

Jonny Whitaker

Managing Director, CetraRuddy

Jonny Whitaker is the Managing Director at CetraRuddy, a 130-person architecture and interiors firm in New York City. With more than 15 years of operational leadership experience, Jonny has a holistic view of how high-performing design organizations run. Prior to CetraRuddy, he spent eight years at Workstead, ultimately leading the Buildings & Interiors division, and held earlier roles in operations, project management, and design at Bright Architecture, and David Thompson Studio. Across each post, Whitaker has consistently aligned people, process, and strategy to deliver ambitious projects and resilient growth.
